William McDaniel was born September 16, 1952 to Arthur and Marian McDaniel. He was born in Hutchinson, KS, where he stayed a lifelong resident.

His parents, Arthur and Marian, precede William in death.

William is survived by his wife, Lisa McDaniel, son, James McDaniel, daughter, Andrea Thadison, 9 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter, brother, Bruce McDaniel, and 2 step children.

William worked for the United States Postal Service for many years as a letter carrier, later retiring from USPS in Newton, KS. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, finding some of his happiest memories out in nature. William will be missed by many.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
